​How Do I Place An Order?

Simply contact us. Feel free to phone, sms, or email to arrange a convenient time to choose your tree.
​
We only post trees (ones suitable for postage) on Mondays to ensure trees arrive before Friday the same week. Any purchase made on Monday will be posted the following week Monday.
​
We know how it feels shopping online so for your convenience a Tracking Number will be provided once the item is sent.
We currently use Australia Post and only send items with Registered Post to ensure items are signed on delivery.

Some species of trees might be out of stock or temporarily unavailable at times. In this case a full refund will be given or an alternative tree can be arranged.

Don't like the trees listed on our website? We have more of the same and other species of bonsai. To purchase another bonsai from our nursery simply contact us for an appointment.
Due to Quarantine Regulations, unable to post trees to WA, NT or TASMANIA.
Payment, Postage, or Pickup
Our prefered payment method is PayPal or Square.
We prefer not to post trees that is too big or heavy due to the delicate nature and handling during postage which is out of our control. We take extra care to make sure trees reach their new home well hydrated and securely packed.
Some trees such as larger or delicate ones are hand delivered only. Hand delivery cost is $35 (Victoria only) depending on the location. Please notify us the location to see if hand delivery option is available.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the tree when it arrives.

Please provide the recipient's mobile phone number so we can arrange a delivery time. Once delivered we will notify you with a sms or email as soon as possible.

Claims/Damaged items (if posted)

We are not responsible for damage or delays after delivering your order to the carrier/Australia Post if the item is posted. Claims for delays or damage due to the carrier must be made immediately to the carrier by providing your tracking number. Please keep the packaging and contact the carrier as soon as possible.
Our hand delivery service is guaranteed to arrive on time and securely.
