No Refund Policy Effective Date: 19 MAY 2025. We appreciate your business and strive to provide quality products/services. Please read our No Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns or change of mind for any products or services purchased through our website.
Lay-by Order Policy
No Cancellations on Layby Orders. Once a layby order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. All payments made toward layby purchases are non-refundable. If a layby order has been fully paid and remains uncollected after three (3) months, we will attempt to arrange pickup with the customer. If, after reasonable efforts, the item is still not picked up, the order will be deemed cancelled without a refund. By proceeding with a layby order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Damages and issues
Orders are thoroughly checked and carefully prepared for postage and we cannot accept the responsibility of mishandling during postage. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact Australia Post immediately if the item is damaged during postage. Due to the nature of the product we do not offer change of mind or exchanges.
